The problem

The claim required transaction-level detail that a standard report could not assemble.

My role

I worked against the Kinetic REST API to extract and assemble the underlying records programmatically, producing documentation for the refund claim.

The approach

I treated the request as both an accounting question and a data problem: identify the supporting transactions, obtain the detail through the API, and bring it together for the claim.

What it demonstrates

The ability to translate a financial requirement into a technical workflow and carry the resulting information back into a finance process.
